Succession was such an excellent show on HBO, but if I’m being truthful, the saddest part about the series coming to a close is the fact that Annabelle Dexter-Jones’ Naomi Pierce will no longer gift us with the most incredible fashion looks. Her lack of screen time in the final season was a true tragedy after her season 3 outfits knocked it out of the park. Imagine visiting Naomi Pierce’s closest?! My mind would likely short circuit from the chic-ness.
For those of you less familiar with this more tertiary character, here’s a compilation of images that make you wonder why she wasn’t a main character. She is essentially the Proenza Schouler poster child.
I would imagine if social media’s favorite and exceptionally talented stylist, Allison Bornstein, applied her 3 word method, it might be something like monochromatic, minimalist, and refined or monochromatic, modern, and elevated. Naomi embraces the quiet luxury trend in a way that still has a subtle edge, making heads turn.
I’ve recently been in the market for a pair of statement earrings and before starting the shopping process, I decided to channel Naomi Pierce as my muse. The best part about using her for inspiration is that the end results are timeless. This means you’re shopping for earrings that you’ll undoubtedly wear season after season. They’re also pieces that can accent a night out on the town, a wedding guest dress, or even elevate a casual afternoon outfit. It’s a win-win.
Mejuri - $100
Mega Dome Earrings - this beautiful pair makes a strong statement.
Jenny Bird - $115 - $120
I love shopping at Jenny Bird because they incentivize their customers to upload pictures of themselves wearing jewelry in reviews, so there are endless photos of real people wearing their products to help you decide what may work best for you. Also, their customer service is fantastic.
Nouveaux Puff Earrings - these come in gold and silver. I own them and have been wearing them all summer long. I love the fact that they are larger, but manage to still be lightweight so you can wear them without feeling like your earlobes are going to fall off. Jenny Bird also sells earring backs that help “lift” the earring and better hold it in place. I highly recommend.
Chunky Doune Hoops - these also come in gold and silver. I love the architectural interest in the design.
Agmes - $290 - $450
Agmes uses the most beautiful organic shapes so their earrings always look handmade. If you have a chance to browse their site, there’s likely nothing Naomi wouldn’t love. I have coveted so many of their earrings for years and find that I’m consistently keeping tabs on their assortment.
Small Baroque Luca Pearl Earrings - these also come in a stone option as well as different metals. They also launched a glass version over the summer.
Baroque Patrice Earrings - If you gravitate toward making a stronger statement with earring size, I have always loved the this version of the baroque earrings as well. Similar to the Luca, these come in both gold and silver options.
Sophie Buhai - $375 - $425
If you’re looking for the exact Naomi Pierce season 4 look, you’ll find them here.
Pearl Drop Earrings - these come in gold and silver. I love how delicate they appear.
Happy shopping.
